Efficiency is about squeezing as much as we can out of every pound we spend. We all want to do this.

Consultancy Assessment Toolkit

The NAO Consultancy Assessment Toolkit is an interactive tool that helps you assess how well your organisation procures consultancy. The Toolkit asks you to choose statements that most closely match what you currently do. It rates your performance and poses questions that you need to ask yourself to improve. It provides descriptions of good practice along with case studies.
