'A computer lets you make more mistakes faster than any invention in human history -- with the possible exceptions of handguns and tequila.' (Mitch Ratcliffe)

Detailed assessment
The NAO has developed materials to support a detailed assessment
in this area. These materials focus on three main areas, each
with sub-areas: Users (including usability, user support, and
training), IT systems (including data quality, security, and
maintenance procedures) and Management (including staff skills
and governance). Please contact the NAO Efficiency Centre Team
for further information and to discuss how these materials could
be applied to your organisation.
