The Performance Management section of the toolkit looks at how an organisation's performance management contributes to its business efficiency. Performance management is about organisations collecting and monitoring information to assess its efficiency and effectiveness in relation to corporate targets and to compare themselves to others.
Overview assessment
The overview questions look to identify areas for improvement within performance management. These cover: key performance measures, corporate priorities, management information and benchmarking.
