People Management

People management covers a wide range of areas, including management of staff performance, training and development, pay and conditions and the culture of an organisation. The people management module of the Toolkit looks at how an organisation's people and their management contribute to business efficiency.

Overview assessment
The overview questions identify areas for improvement within people management. The areas covered are identifying key skills, the appraisal process, rewards and incentives, recognition of good performance, dealing with underperformance, and how to measure how well people are being managed in an organisation.
