which will be held here in London between 26 – 28 September 2006. I would also
welcome the attendance of any representatives that you wished to nominate. The

from XVIII INCOSAI, the work programme this year will include:
- Presentations on experiences in the audit of privatisations, economic regulation and public/private partnerships.
- “Break-out” sessions for delegates to discuss these three key themes and feed back to the Working Group.

We have already received a number of offers to make presentations at the

to make a presentation on please inform Patricia Leahy, Director, here at the

July 2006. We will arrange as usual for the documents for discussion to be
circulated in advance of the meeting and added to the Working Group’s website.
We intend to introduce an interactive element to this years meeting in order to
stimulate discussion and to collect a consensus view on the best way forward for
the working group.
A two part registration form covering the meeting is available on the Working
Group website, this should be downloaded completed and e-mailed to
PWG@nao.gsi.gov.uk. We would be grateful
if you could complete the first section of the form indicating who will attend
and return this to us as soon as possible - and no later than 28 July 2006 if
possible. This is to ensure we can guarantee a room at the designated hotel. The
second part of the form relates to arrival and departure information. If you
