Who are we?

The Private Finance Practice Area consists of around 20 full-time professional staff from a variety of backgrounds, including public sector audit, banking, economics, Government, academic and private sector contracting.  The practice is led by Ed Humpherson supported by three Directors: David Finlay (Director of PFI Development), Patricia Leahy (Director of PPP) and James Robertson (Director of PFI). The directors support Anna in delivering cross cutting studies and looking at individual projects, as well as providing expert advice on these topics.
