Integrated strategies for management and treatment in primary care

 

Dr Ian Campbell, Chairman of the National Obesity Forum introduced the speakers at this workshop and facilitated discussion.

 

Dr Peter Stott, GP from Tadworth Medical Centre gave an overview of the issues involved in the treatment and management of obesity in primary care.

 

Pauline Twist, Glenys Proffitt, Janne Jones (Madryn House Surgery) and Helen Storer from Nottingham Primary Care Trust presented good practice examples.
