Note on the video clip formats
 

The main format is Flash video. If there are problems with the Flash format, loading the video or the Flash player, we have provided links to alternative MP4 files.  These do not stream over the web, they will need to be downloaded to your computer and played in suitable media player.  Note: large files, possibly slow unless you have broadband.
