UK National Audit Office - AAT Fast Track Scheme 2009
London £21,036
Newcastle £16,030
Commencing in September 2009, our fast track
scheme for budding accountants is a must for any
school leaver who wants to qualify as a first rate
accountant - without the debt attached to a
university education.
Throughout your four year training programme, we
will provide you with the financial assistance and
paid day release to attend college, revise for and
sit your exams.
In fact, you can expect to receive all the help
and support you need to achieve your AAT
qualification, leading to the ACA qualification.
You’ll be exposed to the a whole range of central
government departments and travelling to various
UK locations, which should put you in the best
position to be offered a permanent role as an
Audit Principal.
If you have a minimum of five GCSEs (or
equivalent), grades A to C, including English and
Maths, and either have or expect to achieve 300
UCAS points, you could be one of a number of
exceptional candidates to join us in 2009.
Further details of the AAT Fast Track Scheme are available in the attached
job description. To apply, please complete the
application form and email it
to vacancies@nao.gsi.gov.uk.
Applicants who are selected will be invited to a preliminary interview and
numerical ability test. Candidates successful at this stage will be invited to
attend a one day assessment centre consisting of a range of exercises and a
further interview.
