Before our new audit trainees finally join us in September each year, we invite them to become a member of our dedicated Facebook group. Hear from Viktor Gaydov, one of our new starters, how this group helps bridge the gap between receiving the employment offer and coming to the office for the first time.
The Facebook group is, to me, a fantastic opportunity to get to know some of your fellow trainees that you will be working and studying with. It is important to realise that you will be spending a lot of time with the members of the group over the next three years, and getting to know people beforehand can be very helpful. more… How Facebook helps us get NAO trainee-ready

Read on for a summary of the live session (if you can’t see the summary, please hit the Refresh button). I really enjoyed being part of it and wish you the best of luck with your application. more… #AskNAOgrads – your last minute questions answered

As trainees, we often get the chance to help at recruitment events such as the assessment centre lunches, recruitment videos and graduate fairs. Those events offer a great opportunity for us to answer any questions that applicants might have. After all, we’ve been through the same process already and can (hopefully!) offer some advice on how best to get through it. As you might have realised we are pretty active on social media, so we thought it might be a good idea after all to get in touch with you on there, too, as a way to answer your questions in real time. So, in October, we launched our very first Twitter Question & Answer session, and I was part of it! more… #AskNAOgrads
