A very warm welcome to our new trainees who join us today! To help you get off to a good start, we’ve dug out a blog post from our previous trainee Robert on what to expect and how to make the most of your time at the NAO. Good luck – we are glad to have you on board.
Having recently qualified and gaining promotion, I am no longer a graduate trainee and thus my time on the blog must come to an end (don’t worry, others will replace me). Before I head off, it was suggested that I note down a few thoughts on how to make life as a trainee a bit better. more… Top tips… for someone starting the programme (part 1)

Applications for the NAO summer internships are now open! But what can you expect from your eight weeks with us? Find out from Henry Firmin who joined us as an intern back in 2014 (and has since returned as a trainee).

Before our new audit trainees finally join us in September each year, we invite them to become a member of our dedicated Facebook group. Hear from Viktor Gaydov, one of our new starters, how this group helps bridge the gap between receiving the employment offer and coming to the office for the first time.
The Facebook group is, to me, a fantastic opportunity to get to know some of your fellow trainees that you will be working and studying with. It is important to realise that you will be spending a lot of time with the members of the group over the next three years, and getting to know people beforehand can be very helpful. more… How Facebook helps us get NAO trainee-ready
