This review focuses on the Conflict Pool and examines: governance arrangements; decision making and allocating resources; monitoring and evaluation; and how effectively the three departments work together. We do not aim to make value for money conclusions on the funds spent, but to shed light on this area of spending, to highlight good practice and identify risks to value for money.
