Supplying the NAO

The National Audit Office (NAO) spends over £30 million annually on externally procured goods, works and services. These include professional services – such as financial, research and legal services – as well as training, management consultancy, IT solutions, facilities management, and office supplies.

The NAO’s Central Procurement Team is responsible for sourcing goods, services, and works in accordance with UK public procurement regulations, internal policies, and recognised best practices.

How to do business with the NAO

NAO Procurement Portal

Suppliers interested in working with the National Audit Office (NAO) are required to register, free of charge, on the NAO Procurement Portal via the Delta eSourcing system. This system is used by the Central Procurement Team to advertise current and upcoming procurement opportunities.

Register for the NAO Procurement Portal

The portal enables suppliers to:

  • search for live contract opportunities specific to the NAO’s business needs
  • receive email alerts for new and relevant tenders
  • access tender documents
  • register interest in relevant work areas
  • express interest in providing goods, services, or works

Find a Tender – Central Digital Platform

Suppliers must also register, free of charge, on the Find a Tender – Central Digital Platform, the official site for public sector contract notices. The platform enables suppliers to view and bid for contract opportunities published by contracting authorities, including the NAO.

Access the Find a Tender – Central Digital Platform

Suppliers should ensure their registration details are up to date to enable participation in new opportunities.
