Lilian is a qualified accountant and a chartered governance professional and has worked across both the NAO financial audit and value for money service lines. Over the last several years, Lilian has been providing advisory services for our work on corporate finance, commercial contracting and procurrent as well as publishing insights on related topics.

Before joining the NAO, Lilian had many years of experience managing a large portfolio of corporate multinationals for one of the Big Four audit firms.
