About the author

Riaz has examined numerous government projects at different lifecycle stages across various policy areas such as energy, economic growth, transport and welfare reform. He has co-authored a number of NAO insights reports on government project delivery including Delivering value from government investment in major projects and Resetting major programmes. Riaz holds the Association of Project Management’s Project Management Qualification (PMQ).
