Rosie has been a member of our team since 2022 and focuses on people and workforce issues relating to the public sector. Since joining the NAO over a decade ago, she has led value for money work on various cross-government topics, including reports on whistleblowing and the nursing workforce.

Rosie has also worked as a committee specialist to the Health and Social Care Select Committee and is ACA-qualified.
