Sophia leads our insights work on risk management and resilience. Prior to joining the NAO, she spent over a decade working across the NHS and wider health sector, shaping resilience strategy, and coordinating system-wide responses to major incidents, including the COVID-19 pandemic, cyber disruptions, supply chain failures and infectious disease outbreaks.
