Since 2017 the NAO has made an annual declaration of our gender pay gap as required by legislation. While reporting on other diversity pay gaps is not mandated, in 2020 we made the decision to voluntarily publish data on our ethnicity pay gap. We will voluntarily publish data on our disability pay gap from 2021 onwards.
