The strategy is made up of two pillars; building a diverse talent pipeline and creating an inclusive work environment. Our focus for pillar one is on improving diversity in our trainee and Analyst recruitment and supporting the progression of women and BAME staff to senior positions in the NAO. Pillar two centres on actions to ensure all colleagues are treated fairly, to embed inclusive behaviours and to increase disability confidence in the NAO.
We produce an annual report highlighting our key achievements in relation to Diversity and Inclusion.
