The National Audit Office has today published a memorandum to the Public Accounts Committee examining the availability of clinical trial information when medicines are licenced and appraised for use in the NHS, and the decision to stockpile Tamiflu for the treatment of pandemic influenza. The memorandum is intended to provide background information for the members of the Committee for its hearing on Monday 17 June 2013.
