This Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Annual Report focuses on achievements in the final year of our D&I Strategy (2021–25). It gives an assessment of our current position and includes case studies that show our priorities in action.

Highlights of the year
- Reduced our gender pay gap from 8.3% in 2021 to 1.7% in 2024. We are on course to eliminate it by 2027.
- Reduced our disability pay gap from 2.2% in 2021 to 1.5% in 2024.
- Provided internship and work experience opportunities for people from lower socio-economic backgrounds, ethnic minorities and women. In 2024-25, we supported 27 people through these initiatives.
- Established a community of change agents, working across the organisation to gather views and champion inclusion by encouraging dialogue, awareness and belonging in teams.
- Took part in the KPMG Cross-Company Allyship Programme. This initiative, offered free of charge, supports professionals from ethnic minority backgrounds through cross-company mentorship.
