NAO Board agendas and minutes

The Board was established on 1 July 2009 and held its inaugural meeting on 17 July 2009. It meets at least 6 times a year. Minutes and agendas from the last three financial years can be found below. In line with our retention policy, older documents are removed at the end of each financial year. In some cases parts of the agenda or minutes may have been redacted, if the information contained is the subject of an exemption under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Where this is the case, this has been noted, and details of the relevant section of the Act provided.
